Brewed in collaboration with the disgustingly heavy Yersin, this beer is a fun, modern sour. Half a tonne of blueberry puree brings a beautiful purple colour and rich jamminess, balanced out with slightly smoky Maple and sweet, rounding vanilla. Vibrant and delicious.
