Color Cloud Blue is our 4.5% Berliner Weisse that is designed to have a light and pillowy base before it was conditioned on copious amounts of blueberry, blackberry, and raspberry. Before today’s release, this berry delightful combination was fully refermented, and the cellulose has been removed for a better drinking experience. Color Cloud Blue pours a dark blue with an assorted berry nose and a tart and refreshing berry filling medley that sits atop a fluffy base with a touch of effervescence and our #balancedacidity.
