Toni is the pizza wizard whose temple is Garage Poblenou, responsible for the thousands of incredible pizzas such as Tio Toni, Sarda among others that we bake monthly in P9 to pair with our beers. Toni is a 6.5% WC IPA & for all the West Coast heads out there, this one is sure to please you! In keeping with how we have been making our West Coast IPAs in recent times this one is bright, aromatic, crisp and incredibly drinkable. This one has lots of bright mango and pineapple on the nose but there is also plenty of citrus and pine resin in here. Anchored in Mosaic for that perfect mix of bright tropical fruit & dank weed which is enhanced with Galaxy Spectrum, Columbus CGX & Centennial delivering a mix of nice tropical fruit & dank notes.
