Jarošovská IPA 15% is a representative of the top-fermented beers in our portfolio. It is an infusion-brewed beer, with four hops of American Chinook and Citra hops. In addition to Pale Ale malt, the beer recipe also uses two other types of malt from Záhlinická Malthouse, but we will not reveal these. What we can reveal is that we ferment this beer with top-fermented Nottingam yeast. The main fermentation takes place on the wort with subsequent fermentation in lager tanks. This beer is also cold-hopped with Citra hops. After smelling the beer, you will be attracted by the expressive citrus notes, which go all the way to the scent of lemon peel. This beer is specific in taste, with a harder bitterness with pronounced citrus notes, which is balanced by a fuller body and medium sharpness.
