This Berliner-style beer takes its name from the local beloved Louisiana state park just south of our brewery – beloved by sports and outdoor enthusiasts for fishing, crabbing, sailing, and water skiing. The local boat launch is the gateway to redfish in Vermilion Bay, speckled trout in Tiger Shoals, or red snapper in the Gulf of Mexico, and no visit is complete without a refreshing adult beverage or two. Peach, orange, pineapple, lime, and pomegranate with underlying notes of almond combine in an intense tropical medley.
