We’ve been hugely thankful to our hop merchant in recent times for granting us access to the newer and most hype-riddled varietals in circulation today. After a hugely popular trial run as part of the Pink Boots blend utilised in our IWCBD beer earlier this year, and having revived interest during our collab with Funky Fluid we wanted to shine a light on HBC 630 and all the flavour characteristics that it brings to the party. A certified swag bag of sweet cherry, raspberry and apricots lead the charge here with a smattering of pithy citrus notes from a gentle Citra addition to keep things in check.
