Going with a gentle whirlpool addition of Waimea sets the pace on this beer with a gentle bitterness running throughout, before cold side additions of NZ titans Nelson Sauvin and Moutere, along with a final whisper of more Waimea impart a metric tonne of powerfully pungent citrus notes, a tropical medley of dragonfruit, mango, and papaya, as well as those characteristic Nelson notes of freshly crushed gooseberries, peach, and passionfruit.
