Beautiful citrus flavours are abundant here, with flavours of Ruby Grapefruit and juicy Mandarin derived from a big hit of Strata hops shining bright against a backdrop of grassy, herbal notes from an additional Mosaic hopping. A pleasing level of bitterness on the back end of this Pale Ale ensures a satisfyingly moreish finish, whilst the body is light and quaffable - this is a beer best served with sunshine!
